This association is a private non-profit entity and has administrative autonomy. It operates under the authority and spiritual support of the Holy Metropolis of Rethymno and Avlopotamos.
The operation of the association is governed by the provisions of the Statute and the Rules of Procedure, the provisions of any relevant law of the Civil Code and the Introductory Law, and generally any corporative law will apply.
The Association “AGAPI”, provides social care services for the disabled.
